Products & Descriptions

We sell refurbished, open-box and new computers, electronics and accessories. Each product is assigned a condition grade — Open Box, Refurbished Excellent, Refurbished Good or Refurbished Fair.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

Shipping & Returns

We ship Canada-wide, free of charge, on every order. Return and exchange requests can be submitted through our Support page with your order number.

Warranty

Every purchase includes 30 days of coverage from the date of purchase unless otherwise arranged, with extended plans available. Full terms are set out on our Warranty & Grading page.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ITRefurbs is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to that claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
